Terms & Conditions
This website and e-commerce store are owned and operated by Bouguessa Fashion Design LLC ("BOUGUESSA"). The content, products, and services available through this website are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this website.

Acceptance of Your Order
The display of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat and does not represent an offer to sell. By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products, which is subject to acceptance by BOUGUESSA.
Following receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and BOUGUESSA is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where payment cannot be authorised.
If any item in your order is unavailable, subject to an unexpected delay, or incorrectly priced, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to process and dispatch the remaining available items in your order.

Delivery & Shipping
We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition and within the shortest possible timeframe. Orders within the UAE and internationally are shipped via DHL and Sky Express using fully tracked delivery services.
Each order is insured during transit until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details. If you have not received this information, please contact our Client Care team, who will be pleased to assist you.
The recipient's name, delivery address, and contact details will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 4–7 business days, subject to product specifications, payment authorisation, stock availability, order verification, destination, and courier constraints. Should an unexpected delay occur, or if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
We deliver worldwide via DHL and Sky Express. Depending on the destination country, certain shipments may be sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Where applicable, any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused, remains unclaimed, or cannot be delivered after reasonable delivery attempts by the courier, it will be returned to BOUGUESSA. Any return shipping charges, unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any applicable store credit or charged before a replacement shipment is arranged.
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Terms of Exchange & Returns
At BOUGUESSA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. To help you make the best selection, we encourage you to review our Size Guide before placing your order. If you require an exchange or wish to return an eligible item, please contact our Client Care team at customercare@bouguessa.com within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
Returned items without an approved Return Authorisation will not be accepted. Our Client Care team will guide you through the return process.
If your requested exchange is unavailable in the preferred size or style, an eligible return will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Eligible returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and garment tags attached.
- Items that have been altered or customised to client specifications are not eligible for return or exchange unless confirmed to be defective.
- All sale items, including Archive Sale items and products purchased during promotional events, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a reputable courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS and retaining proof of shipment, as BOUGUESSA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will equal the value of the returned item(s), less any applicable return shipping charges, and will be issued as a unique digital code valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Client Care team at customercare@bouguessa.com, quoting your Order Number and the reason for your request.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation and return instructions. Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo a quality inspection. If the return is approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly. If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above, it will be returned to you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Although every item undergoes thorough quality inspections before dispatch, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Client Care team at customercare@bouguessa.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your Order Number and providing a description of the issue, together with photographs where possible.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation and arrange the return of the item at no cost to you.
Upon receipt, the item will undergo a quality inspection. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest opportunity and provide you with an estimated dispatch date.
If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any approved refund will be processed within 30 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Terms of Exchange & Returns.

Store Credit Terms
Subject to our Terms of Exchange & Returns, BOUGUESSA will issue store credit where an eligible exchange is unavailable or where an eligible return has been approved.
Store credit:
- Is valid exclusively for purchases made on www.bouguessa.com.
- Is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
- Cannot be purchased or redeemed for cash.
- Is issued as a unique digital code following approval of an eligible return.
- Remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- May be used towards the purchase of gift cards, where available.
- If the value of your purchase exceeds your available store credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
To view your available store credit balance, please log in to your BOUGUESSA account and visit the My Account section.

Payment
BOUGUESSA accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD).
When paying by credit or debit card, the cardholder's name must match the billing information provided during checkout. BOUGUESSA reserves the right to request additional verification where necessary to protect against fraudulent transactions.
At this time, we do not accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfers
- Cheques
All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is declined or cannot be authorised, BOUGUESSA shall not be responsible for any delay in processing or delivering your order.
For security purposes, first-time online customers may be required to have their billing and shipping addresses match. BOUGUESSA reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before accepting or dispatching an order.

- The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as those shown on your transaction receipt.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Liability & Indemnity
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit BOUGUESSA's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, and except in relation to our contractual obligation to supply products following acceptance of an order, BOUGUESSA, its directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with your access to, or use of, this website.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BOUGUESSA, its directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of this website.
BOUGUESSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions.

This website is owned and operated by BOUGUESSA in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or any order placed through it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
BOUGUESSA does not sell or supply products or services to countries or individuals subject to sanctions or trade restrictions where such transactions are prohibited under the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
