Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bouguessa, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we have a simple and transparent process to guide you. As we subsidise the costs of the tracked courier services, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you prefer, you may pay for return shipping separately by booking your own courier service with DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- UAE returns - $7 (no charges applied for returns made in-store)
- GCC returns - $28

- Rest of World returns - $45
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 3 days of receiving your return authorization. Items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.
Items that have been altered or customized to client specifications are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Items included in the "Archive Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We will cover all return shipping costs after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Request a Return / Exchange: Contact us by email at customercare@bouguessa.com or via WhatsApp at +971 52 679 9878 with your order number to request a return authorization. We will provide you with a return slip and further instructions if eligible. Exchanges are subject to item availability and will be organized promptly.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Be sure to include the return slip provided, the packing list, and the order confirmation.
Step 3: Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will notify you, and the item(s) will undergo an inspection to ensure eligibility, as outlined in the beginning of this policy. If elligible, a refund/exchange will be issued to you. If the item(s) are ineligible for a return, we will return the item(s) to you.
Refunds / Store Credit
Refunds may take up to 30 working days from the return approval date to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will equal the returned item(s) value, minus shipping return costs as outlined earlier in the policy.
Store Credit will be issued for the returned item(s) value, minus return shipping costs. The Store Credit will be provided as a unique digital code, which can be applied at checkout on your next order, and will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
